About Avatique

Avatique is a subscription platform where ID-verified creators share exclusive content with the fans who subscribe to them: posts, pay-per-view, one-on-one chat, private sessions and custom requests. Creators of every kind are welcome, 18+ included; adult content is shown only to adults who choose to see it.

Avatique launched in 2026 and is owned and operated by ALPICAP Sàrl, 12 quai du Seujet, 1201 Geneva, Switzerland (UID CHE-455.117.004).

For fans

• Every creator, and everyone who appears in their content, passes a government ID, live selfie and face-match check.
• Every upload is checked against known-abuse hash lists and a content classifier before anyone sees it.
• Subscriptions cancel in one click; access lasts to the end of the period paid for.
• Card statements show a discreet descriptor. Avatique never sees or stores card numbers.
• If a purchase never arrives, the creator has 72 hours to deliver or refund; no answer means an automatic refund, and Avatique decides disputes within 5 business days.
• Prices are shown in 18 currencies, with tax handled the way local law requires.
• Apps: Android (download from avatique.com/app) and iPhone (Add to Home Screen).

AI content

• AI-made content is welcome and listed in the same categories as everything else.
• AI characters must not depict or resemble a real person or look under 18; real likenesses need the person's verification and a signed licence.
• Messages sent automatically by an assistant are marked AI to the fan.
