AI content policy

AI is welcome on Avatique and is treated like any other content. Real people's likenesses need their consent, and fans always know when an assistant is chatting with them.

1. How AI content is shown

  • AI-made content is listed in the same categories as everything else: an adult AI video belongs in 18+, an AI music video in Music. We don't add AI badges to posts or pages.
  • Creators still mark AI-made or AI-edited files when they upload them. We keep that mark, and any provenance data (such as C2PA) the file carries, for moderation, legal requests and audits.
  • Where the law requires a disclosure, we make it in a way that doesn't get in the way of the work: in the EU, pages with AI content carry one line in their About section (EU AI Act, article 50).

2. Chat assistants

  • Messages sent automatically by an assistant are marked AI in the chat, and a chat that uses one says so when it starts. The law requires this in the EU (AI Act art. 50(1)) and in California (Bus. & Prof. Code § 17941) when a bot helps sell anything, and it keeps fans' trust.
  • Replies a creator reads, edits and sends themselves are the creator's own messages.

3. AI characters

  • An AI character must not depict, resemble or be named after a real person. It must not look under 18.
  • The verified creator who runs it is responsible for everything it publishes and sends.

4. AI likenesses of real people

  • Allowed only with the depicted person's own ID and face verification and a signed licence reviewed by our team.
  • The person can withdraw consent at any time; the page goes offline immediately.

5. Voice and chat

  • Voice clones need the voice owner's verified, signed consent.
  • Chatbots must never claim to be human when asked, never discuss anyone under 18, and never arrange meetings or outside payments. Their replies are screened like every other message.

6. Data

  • We don't use fans' messages or creators' content to train AI without explicit opt-in. Chatbots receive a pseudonymous fan ID, never names or email addresses.
