Acceptable use policy

What can't be posted, sent or done on Avatique. Zero tolerance items end accounts immediately.

1. Zero tolerance (immediate termination and reporting to authorities)

Anyone under 18, or anyone who looks under 18, in any sexual or suggestive context, including AI-generated people, drawings and role-play. Disclaimers don't change how something looks.
Non-consensual content: intimate images shared without consent, hidden cameras, and real or simulated sexual violence, including sleeping, drugged or unconscious scenarios.
Deepfakes and AI likenesses of real people without their verified, signed licence.

Incest themes, bestiality, necrophilia, extreme violence, blood, mutilation, choking and other extreme content.
Human trafficking, escorting, prostitution, or arranging in-person meetings, paid or unpaid.
Taking payments off Avatique or sharing payment details or links to other payment or adult platforms.
Hate, harassment, threats, doxxing, self-harm promotion, illegal drugs and weapons sales, fraud, spam and fake engagement.
Age-bait words such as 'teen' or 'barely legal', and school settings, in any adult context.
Someone else's copyrighted work, or impersonating a real person.

Public posts, avatars, covers and bios must not be sexually explicit. Adult content belongs behind a subscription or unlock on pages marked 18+.

Every upload is checked automatically before it goes live: against known child-abuse material, for signs of anyone under 18, and against these rules. Anything the checks can't settle is reviewed by a person, and a sample of what goes live is checked again afterwards. Reports of non-consensual content or minors hide the content immediately.
Strike ladder: first strike is a warning, then a 7-day restriction, then a 30-day suspension, then account termination. Strikes expire after 12 months; overturned strikes don't count.
