Refunds and billing
When you get money back and how charges appear on your statement.
1. Always refunded
- Duplicate charges, and anything you paid for but can't access (we check your access record; if it's missing, the refund is instant).
- Custom orders and calls the creator declines, or doesn't deliver by the due date: report it and the refund is immediate. Without a report, it happens automatically 7 days after the due date.
- Unused purchased wallet credit when you close your account.
2. Problem with a purchase: the Resolution Center
- Open a case from Orders or Purchases within 30 days. Choose what went wrong: not delivered, not what you asked for, the call didn't happen, you can't open it, or you didn't make the payment.
- While a case is open, the creator's money for that purchase is frozen.
- The creator has 72 hours to reply, deliver what's missing, or refund you. If they don't answer in 72 hours, you're refunded automatically.
- When they reply, you can mark the case resolved or ask Avatique to decide. If you don't answer within 7 days, the case closes and the creator is paid.
- Avatique's trust and safety team decides escalated cases within 5 business days, refund or release, and tells you both why.
- Credit purchases are refunded to your wallet at once; card payments go back to your card in 5 to 10 business days.
- After a custom order arrives you can confirm it, which pays the creator straight away. Otherwise you can open a case until the payout hold ends.
3. By request
- If a creator's page is removed within 7 days of your subscription payment, ask support for a pro-rata refund.
- If you're in the EU or UK, you agree at checkout that digital content is supplied immediately, which ends the 14-day withdrawal right for that item.
4. Chargebacks
- Please open a case first: it's faster, and most issues are fixed within a day. A chargeback closes any open case and pauses purchases on your account until it's resolved.
5. Billing
- Charges show a discreet descriptor: AVQ*DIGITAL.
- Turn off auto-renew on the Subscriptions page at any time; you keep access until the period ends.
