How to report infringement and how we handle it.
1. Report
- Send the report form with: the work, where it appears on Avatique, your contact details, a good-faith statement and your signature. We act within 7 days.
2. Counter-notice
- The uploader can respond with a counter-notice. Content can be restored after 10–14 business days unless the claimant starts legal action.
3. Repeat infringers
- Three upheld copyright strikes in 12 months close the account.
4. Leaks
- Images are watermarked with the creator's page address. Creators can request takedowns of leaked content elsewhere through support.
