Creator terms

What you agree to when you earn on Avatique, and what we promise you.

1. Verification

You verify with a government ID, a liveness check and a face match before publishing or getting paid. We re-verify every 12 months and when payout details change.
Everyone else who appears in your content must be a verified Avatique creator tagged in the post, or a verified adult with a signed release you upload. Tagged creators approve the post before it goes live.

You keep 80% of every sale: subscriptions, unlocks, tips, gifts, tip-menu orders and paid fan messages. Avatique keeps 20%, which also covers payment processing.
Earnings become available after a 7-day hold (3 days with Pro). Custom orders are held until you deliver.
Earnings are kept in US dollars. Minimum withdrawal is $20. Standard withdrawals are free; instant withdrawals cost 2%. The payout account must be in your verified name. Before your first withdrawal you submit a tax form: a W-9 if you are a US person (we issue Form 1099 where required), otherwise a W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E. ACH direct deposit is available to US creators.
We never let your balance go dormant to our benefit: unclaimed balances stay yours for the period the law requires and we contact you through your verified details.

If a fan's payment is refunded or charged back, the related earnings are reversed and you see the deduction in Earnings.
If your dispute rate exceeds 1.5% of sales in 30 days, we may apply a temporary reserve while we review with you.

Avatique Pro ($29 per month), extra mass-message recipients ($5 per 1,000) and boosts ($4 per 1,000 impressions) are paid from your available earnings. Nothing renews automatically.
Boosts buy placement, not results. Fake engagement and buying followers are not allowed.

Each month you can send mass messages to 1,000 recipients for free; Pro has no limit. Don't pitch the same paid content to fans who already bought it.
If an assistant or a chatbot writes a message, it is labelled AI to the fan. If a team member writes for you, your profile shows that replies may come from your team.

You earn 5% of what a creator you referred earns, for 12 months, capped at $1,000 per referred creator. It is paid from Avatique's share. These terms won't change retroactively for referrals already made.
Self-referrals, paid ads on our brand name and fraud void commissions.

You can close your account at any time and withdraw your available balance. Content is removed from public view immediately.
