Discreet billing, cancelling and refunds: the fan's guide

Your card statement shows a discreet descriptor, never a creator's name. You can cancel any subscription in one click from Subscriptions and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If something you paid for never arrives, open a case from Purchases: the creator has 72 hours to deliver or refund, and if they don't answer you're refunded automatically.

What you see on your statement

A neutral descriptor that doesn't name a creator or the content. Every purchase is listed in Purchases with the amount and the page it was for.

How to cancel

  1. Open Subscriptions.
  2. Turn off renew on the subscription.
  3. That's it: you keep access until the end of the period, and you're never charged again for it.

When something never arrives

  1. Open the purchase and report the problem.
  2. The creator has 72 hours to reply, deliver what's missing or refund you. No answer in 72 hours means you're refunded automatically.
  3. If you're not happy with their answer, ask Avatique to decide: the trust and safety team decides within 5 business days and tells you both why.
  4. Card refunds go back to your card in 5 to 10 business days; credit purchases go back to your wallet at once.

Your privacy

  • Card payments are processed by a PCI DSS–compliant payment company; Avatique never sees or stores card numbers.
  • You can keep a card for one-tap payments, and remove it anytime in Settings.
  • Creators see your display name, never your email, real name or payment details.
  • Two-factor sign-in and new-device alerts protect your account.

How do refunds work?

Who can see 18+ content?

Adults only. You confirm you're 18 or older, and where the law requires it you verify your age once with a quick check; the document is never kept.
